We will teach you the technical knowledge. You don't need leadership experience either: we will show you step-by-step how to be persuasive on the phone, coach a team, and lead effectively. What cannot be learned: your quick wit, your positive energy, and your drive to make more of yourself. About the job: We generate daily inquiries via social media for over 500 craft businesses and kitchen studios in the DACH region. Our call center calls these interested parties and pre-qualifies them. For our second, completely remote team, we are looking for a team lead who enjoys making phone calls, coaches the team, and leads by example. Your path: from career changer to team lead: 1. Arrival
