Permanent Contract (CDI) - Flow Coordinator - M/F

WHAT WE OFFER YOU: CHARVIN LOGISTIQUES, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the BBL Group, is looking for a Flow Coordinator in connection with the arrival of a new pharmaceutical client scheduled for January 2027. Within a logistics environment, you will ensure the coordination and monitoring of goods flows, from receipt to dispatch. In this context, your missions consist of: Coordinating reception and dispatch flows; Inspecting goods and associated documents; Ensuring computerized entry and monitoring of flows on SAP and warehouse management software; Monitoring stock movements and handling anomalies; Preparing and checking transport and shipping documents; Communicating with logistics teams, the client, and carriers; Ensuring compliance with quality, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector. YOUR PROFILE INTERESTS US: You are rigorous, organized, and responsive. You enjoy teamwork and know how to manage priorities and unforeseen events. Initial experience in logistics as well as good mastery of IT tools are appreciated. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. RECRUITMENT PROCESS: The position is to be filled for January 2027, and an interview session will be held in mid-November.
