To achieve this, we are looking for dedicated sports and fitness professionals who enjoy working with people, think in a structured manner, and are ready to take on responsibility and grow within the digital health sector. Your Role: Initial contact & structured needs analysis (including knee analysis). In this position, you will conduct conversations with new prospective clients, clarify their individual situations, and determine whether our coaching program is suitable for them. A central element of your work is the knee analysis: a structured assessment of the current state where you analyze symptoms, functional limitations, training history, goals, and readiness for change. Your tasks at the a glance: Initial telephone consultations with incoming interested parties; Conducting the knee analysis as a systematic needs assessment; Identifying potential and suitability for coaching; Decision: Qualifying or disqualifying for an in-depth consultation; Coordination and handoff to our consulting team.
