Make care billing easier and digital solutions practical. As a Product Owner Outpatient Care Billing (m/f/d), you will further develop our software for outpatient care and translate requirements from billing and nursing practice into clear product solutions. You will steer implementation together with the development team and ensure that the right priorities emerge from customer feedback, market knowledge, and product data. What you will achieve: Steer the further development of our care billing from requirement to release. Translate technical and strategic specifications into clear user stories and actionable tasks. Prioritize and maintain the product backlog together with the development team. Bring requirements from care facilities and nursing staff directly into product development. Coordinate the roadmap with strategic product management and operationally implement agreed priorities. Connect development, marketing, and sales for coordinated product delivery. Moderate agile processes and improve team collaboration. Analyze product data and customer feedback, deriving concrete improvements from them. What you bring: Several years of experience in product management at a software company. Previous experience working as a product owner or product manager in the billing sector. Understanding of the requirements of the healthcare and nursing markets. Mastery of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
