We are looking for an elite Closer, not an order taker. This position is designed for a B2B sales professional with a proven track record in closing high-value deals with founders, CEOs, and directors. You won't have to cold prospect; your main objective will be to attend pre-qualified meetings (booked by our setter team or through marketing funnels), execute authority calls, isolate objections, and close contracts. If you master consultative selling, know how to maintain control of a negotiation, and have the hunger to scale your income through aggressive commissions, this is the place for you. Key Responsibilities Execute closing video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) with B2B prospects (business owners and C-level profiles), leading the conversation from minute one using authority frameworks. Quickly diagnose client pain points, apply qualification techniques (such as the 1 to 10 thermometer), and present our solutions as the only logical option. Isolate, rebut, and resolve complex objections related to pricing, delivery timelines, or return on investment (ROI) during the call. Manage the full sales cycle, from the demo or discovery call to contract signing and collection of the setup fee or advance payment. Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), documenting the status of each deal and managing a predictable, up-to-date pipeline.

About EnPowered Electricity grids are under more pressure every year. Demand is rising with electrification and reshoring, heat waves push peak usage higher, and more of our supply comes from intermittent wind and solar that rise and fall with the weather. To support our economy as we transition to cleaner energy, grids need flexibility: customers who can store energy when it is plentiful and/or reduce their draw when the grid is stretched. EnPowered makes that flexibility simple and profitable for businesses. We support hundreds of large commercial, industrial, and institutional businesses in Ontario and the U.S., helping them to avoid costly price spikes. Together they save $50-100M a year, while reducing their demand when the grid needs it most. We also control the largest fleet of behind-the-meter battery assets in Canada. For industrial sites that need reliable backup power, we install batteries at no upfront cost, then own and operate them in energy markets on the customer’s behalf. The customer gets resilience and lower energy costs without changing how they run their business. Our vision: Every business and home is actively participating in the electricity grid. Our mission: Enabling a profitable transition to sustainable energy. How we work Small team, clear ownership. We are a small team, split into five cross-functional capability teams.
