Responsibilities Reporting and Analytics (Primary Focus) Lead engagement with HQ Program Operations and Country Office leadership and staff (in English and Spanish) to define business questions, prioritize reporting needs, and recommend and deliver against the reporting roadmap. Architect, build, and maintain Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions (semantic models, pipelines, dashboards) that are scalable, reusable, and governed.
