Your mission as a Jr. Monitoring and Observability Analyst will be: Plan, implement, and evolve monitoring and observability solutions for technology and business services using platforms such as Zabbix, Grafana, and New Relic. Gather and translate technical and business requirements into metrics, indicators, dashboards, alerts, and integrations that support service visibility and reliability. Implement and maintain monitoring for infrastructure, applications, APIs, integrations, and services, ensuring adequate coverage of critical environment components. Develop dashboards, alert rules, automations, and integrations, promoting the proactive identification of outages, degradations, and anomalies.
