Interact via email and phone with Latin American clients and distributors in Spanish; Monitor purchase orders from entry to final delivery to the client, ensuring the recommended delivery time; Interact in writing with the US-based CS team in English; Interact with the company's commercial team in Spanish; Use Excel spreadsheets to control activities and order status; Issue Excel reports ensuring compliance with recommended delivery deadlines; Ensure compliance with departmental policy for the smooth progress of processes. Tenure: at least 4 months and without salary movement; Employees with any type of movement should consult the Normative Table – NI-002; Time To Talk Performance Score; Performance score equal to or greater than 100 (Good Performer); Must be at least 18 years old; Complete higher education required; Fluent or native Spanish; Fluent English; Intermediate Excel - Tests will be required (Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, report extraction required); Administrative experience required; Preferably with easy access to the South Zone region of São Paulo.
