This person takes the plan set by the Head of Marketing and makes it happen across campaigns, the website, SEO, paid media and sales enablement. They work with Sales and Paid to grow pipeline and improve how much of it converts to revenue. This is a hands-on role for a strong operator who ships quickly, measures everything and keeps standards high. It also leads the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, which includes delegating work, coaching and holding quality. There’s a clear path to take on more strategic planning over time.
