Senior Fullstack Developer Java / Angular (m/f/d)

Who we are: Rockstardevelopers, founded in 2015 in Mannheim, with additional offices in Stuttgart and Munich. We are a software developer with experience from hundreds of individual projects for enterprise and mid-market clients. Short communication channels, honest feedback, no political games. No hierarchy levels between you and the people who make decisions. Your responsibilities: You work on client projects at large companies and public sector clients, embedded in their teams, with full responsibility for your area. Fullstack development in enterprise and regulated environments; Co-designing architecture, not just implementing it; Generating, reviewing, and refactoring code with Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor; Code reviews and technical mentoring within the team; Coordination with product owners, UX, and DevOps. Most people come to one of the offices one to two days a week. However, this is not mandatory. You are only on-site at the client for individual appointments every few weeks, mostly in Frankfurt am Main. Where you will end up: Depending on the project and your experience: Large corporations like Deutsche Bahn / DB Systel (railway-specific domains: timetable management, sales, control and safety technology); Public sector / authorities (e.g., Federal Employment Agency, ITZBund, Federal Printing Office) – regulated environments, accessibility, security by design; Enterprise and mid-market clients from various industries.
