This individual will be responsible for assisting with the collateral evaluation and credit risk analysis for all loans underwritten by the Lending department as well as ongoing portfolio management of agricultural real estate loans. This person will interface with external clients to collect due diligence information, facilitate collateral evaluation, and analyze credit information to prepare credit packages for submission for credit approval. This individual will report to a senior member of the Lending team. This individual will be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong knowledge of lending and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant demeaner and an ability to adapt to changing business needs and have a solution-oriented mindset.
