Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/w/d) – Focus on TypeScript & SaaS Platform

Shape the next generation of workforce management. At IT Studio Rech GmbH, we are looking for a full-time Senior Full-Stack Developer for our client and partner, MEP24 Software GmbH. MEP24 develops software that helps companies schedule their employees effectively and organize their daily work routines. The company brings experience in workforce management dating back to 1996. Today, over 2,200 clients from pharmacies, clinics, and retail companies rely on MEP24. With mina.works, MEP24 is advancing its new SaaS platform on a modern TypeScript stack. We are looking for you: someone who masters both frontend and backend, wants to help shape architecture, and takes responsibility for well-designed software. You will become part of the MEP24 development team – we will accompany your search and onboarding process. Tasks: You will work closely with product management and Jens Gerstenecker, the Managing Director of MEP24. The development team is growing – and you will help shape how you collaborate, make technical decisions, and further develop the platform. As a developer, you will: Further develop mina.works using TypeScript, Node.js, and React – from the backend to the user interface. Take responsibility for technical decisions and continuously evolve the platform's architecture together with the team. Work on distributed services and event-driven workflows utilizing Event Sourcing.
