What you’ll be doing Own each search end-to-end – from brief to offer, including timelines, quality, and communication. Interviews are run by our experts. Be the main point of contact for clients, candidates, and experts, building long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates rather than transactional touchpoints. Work with top-tier talent – we focus on the top 1% of candidates, and that bar shapes how we engage with people from the very first conversation.
