Your tasks: You are the talent manager for our clients; Development and implementation of recruiting strategies – from active sourcing to social recruitment (incl. ads); Job postings, application management, and initial interviews for internal and external positions; Support in strategic HR consulting for our clients – e.g., through workshops.
