Partner for Social Media & Budgeting (m/f/d) with Equity Stake

Have you been managing budgets yourself for years, are you full of ideas, and do you want to entrepreneurially develop an established brand further? At BeginnerBudget, you can contribute your experience, become the face of the brand, and acquire an equity stake in the company. We are looking for someone to enter the next phase of BeginnerBudget together with us and take over operational responsibility for our brand presence. Equity ownership is an integral part of the intended collaboration. We will discuss how we structure your entry, the equity stake, and your compensation in person. About BeginnerBudget: At BeginnerBudget, everything revolves around budgeting and the right products for it. The brand is currently backed by a five-person team. As founders, we want to step back from day-to-day operations and shape the next stage of development together with you. You will be given the space to shape the brand with your own ideas and make decisions. We will support you in the background with our experience and during execution. Your Role: You will become the face of BeginnerBudget and take over leadership of our external communication. Social media will be your most important area of responsibility: You will further develop our social media presence, plan content, and implement it yourself.
