Responsibilities Together with the departments, you identify where AI brings genuine value and set priorities. You introduce AI-supported workflows—from process design to piloting and rollout. You empower our employees through training, everyday guidance, and an open ear. You continuously develop the processes and make success measurable. You act as the interface between departments, IT, and management. Qualifications Several years of experience in process, project, or change management, ideally in digitalization or organizational development. Application-oriented understanding of AI: possibilities, capabilities, limitations, and data protection. You naturally use AI assistants and automation yourself. Strong communication and moderation skills—you persuade rather than mandate. Business-fluent German. A plus: Experience as a coach or trainer. What we offer Creative freedom: You shape the use of AI.
