Senior Salesforce Developer

Your central role will be to design and implement robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring technical excellence from the requirements phase to production deployment. You will be part of a high-impact multidisciplinary environment, acting as a technical reference in defining complex architectures, automations, and integrations, always focusing on security, governance, and best practices. What you will do here: Design and implement end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform. Model data (objects, relationships, record types, layouts, validation rules) in alignment with business processes. Build automations using Flow and Apex, selecting the best approach (low-code vs. code) for each scenario. Develop and evolve integrations with other systems (REST/SOAP, events, APIs). Implement and maintain Lightning frontend components (LWC), properly integrated with Apex. Ensure platform security and governance by managing profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access control. Write clean, testable code that adheres to industry standards (TriggerHandler, etc.).
