What you will do here: Develop machine learning and artificial intelligence models for behavioral analysis of digital events. Conduct and validate A/B experiments and causal inference studies to support strategic decisions. Design robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality and governance for advanced analytics. Scale machine learning solutions in distributed environments using Spark and AWS (S3, Glue, EMR). Implement advanced tracking and measurement practices with tools like Snowplow and Google Analytics. Support the organization's analytical maturity by promoting best practices in hypothesis validation and knowledge dissemination. Collaborate with different areas to translate technical results into strategic business actions. What we expect you to know: Advanced proficiency in Python (including frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML libraries); Solid experience with Spark for large-scale distributed data processing; Advanced SQL for manipulation, extraction, and analysis of large data volumes; Practical experience with AWS services focused on Data Science (Glue, EMR).
