We are looking for a Full-stack Development Specialist to take on a strategic role as a technical reference in the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance services. You will be responsible for leading complex architectural decisions, defining engineering standards for multiple teams, optimizing infrastructure integrations, and ensuring operational resilience, as well as actively fostering a culture of technical excellence through mentoring. What you will do here: Lead the design and implementation of scalable services in Java, ensuring high-performance and cost-efficient solutions. Define technical standards, reusable modules, and best practices for multiple development teams. Implement and monitor robust observability, security, and automated testing solutions in distributed systems. Conduct organizational code reviews, critical incident resolution, and technical POC validation. Mentor development teams.
