About the Role We are looking for a Product & Delivery Lead who can turn rough ideas into designed, buildable, and shippable product work. This is not a pure project management role. This is not a pure UI design role. This is a hands-on product role for someone who can do both: design the experience and drive the delivery. Today, product ideas, customer requests, UI/UX decisions, backlog ownership, and sprint tracking sit too heavily with the founder and Head of Engineering.
