Technical Client Partner - Canada

This is a remote position. About the Role Zazz is a software development firm. We design and build custom mobile apps, web platforms, and software, and provide IT staff augmentation, for clients across the US and Canada. We are hiring a Technical Client Partner: a technologist who is just as comfortable in a client meeting as in a scoping session. You will talk with clients about what to build, how,and forwhat investment, and bring those clients on board. You will own the relationship from the first conversation through delivery and growth. This is not a pure sales role. Our work is custom solutions, so the quality of the solution matters far more than a pitch. We want someone with real technical depth who enjoys clients and revenue. What You Will Do Winnewbusiness. Take leads from first call to signed contract: discovery, solution, proposal, negotiation, close. New revenue is your primary measure. Lead the technical conversation. Understand the client's real problem and recommend the right approach, whether mobile, web, integration, AI, custom build, or staff augmentation. Hold your ground in front of a CTO or founder. Scope and price. Work with our engineers on estimates, timelines, and proposals. Handle pricing andchange-requestconversations with confidence. Own selectedclient accounts. Be the mainclientcontact for a portfolio of accounts, working alongside Project Managers on scope, risks, and delivery.
