Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. What we're looking for: Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, C++ or similar A track record building scalable services and APIs Comfort with debugging, performance work and automated testing Solid code review instincts A cybersecurity or SecOps background is a big plus — secure coding, appsec, pentesting, vulnerability assessment, OWASP/CWE, or security-focused reviews.
