Senior Java Developer (Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs) with Kafka. Position Summary. We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team and lead the design and development of microservices and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate has solid experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, and knows how to work with Apache Kafka for event processing. Responsibilities: ·Design, implement, and maintain Java microservices using Spring and Spring Boot. ·Design and expose robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs. ·Integrate solutions with Apache Kafka for event processing and streaming. ·Participate in defining architecture and development best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, code quality). ·Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to ensure high-impact deliveries. ·Guide less experienced colleagues and share development best practices. Technical Requirements: ·ADVANCED English - mandatory. ·Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer (+5 years). ·Mastery of Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud). ·Design and consumption of RESTful APIs. ·Experience with Apache Kafka. ·Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases. ·Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus). ·Good debugging, unit/integration testing, and code review skills.
