Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) at X/Celerant . Ideally, the candidate will be based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario area but can be based anywhere in the US or Canada. The BDAs primary activity will be making contact and setting meetings for our Sales Team with C-suite executives in target industries. Please do not respond to this ad unless you have a proven ability to successfully set calls with C-suite targets of Fortune 500 companies for a professional services consulting firm. The BDA will also be responsible for market research, and effective communication with the staff and clients. The compensation for this position is a blend of base salary and commission based on a defined incentive pay plan. Qualifications Thrives on the challenge of cold-calling as a full-time endeavor Ability to set 3+ new meetings a week in a target market Must have direct recent experience in setting
