Junior Accountant

Job Description–Junior Accountant Location:Remote in US or Canada Reports to: Controller Salary: $60,000 per year, paid in local currency (USD or CAD, depending on location) About Arc Beverage Arc Beverage provides beverage co-manufacturing, packaging, and related operational services for brand owners. Our finance team partners with operations to maintain accurate financial records, support business decisions, and improve accounting processes. Location and working hours This is a remote position is based in US or Canada. Candidates must reside in US/Canada and be legally authorized to work in US/Canada. Regular working hours must align with Pacific Time (PT), including Pacific Standard Time (PST) and Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), as applicable. Additional availability may be needed during month-end and year-end close. About the role The Junior Accountant supports daily accounting activities with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, and month-end support. This role works under the guidance of senior finance staff and helps maintain complete, accurate records while following purchasing and approval procedures. Key responsibilities · Assist with the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, payments, and general ledger activities. · Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, credit card transactions, and other accounting entries accurately and on a timely basis.
