Senior Architect - Technical (WMS)

Lead the end‑to‑end strategy, design, and implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions in a hands‑on technical leadership role. This position oversees the full lifecycle of WMS initiatives—from research and architecture through implementation, optimization, and long‑term support. This position will also guide and mentor development teams, manage technical resources, and serve as the senior subject matter expert responsible for configuring, enhancing, and scaling WMS capabilities across the organization. Responsibilities: Lead technical teams in designing, developing, and implementing WMS solutions, integrations, and warehouse automation capabilities. Oversee delivery across Sprints and Releases, ensuring high‑quality execution aligned with product, supply chain, and business goals. Lead development resources, assign work, and coordinate workflows supporting WMS enhancements. Partner with product owners and operations teams to define requirements, technical designs, testing plans, and defect resolution. Architect and maintain integrations between WMS, ERP/OMS systems, microservices, and IBM MQ messaging. Design and support real‑time and batch interfaces enabling accurate inventory visibility and efficient order processing. Develop and optimize Azure-based data pipelines (Data Factory, Databricks) to support analytics and warehouse insights.
