Fullstack Engineer (AI Product)

Full-Stack Engineer (AI Product). We are building an AI-powered platform designed to automate and streamline critical operational tasks in the real estate sector: from lead management to documentation and team coordination. We are not looking to create a simple assistant, but a robust platform that improves operational efficiency through AI workflows and solid backend systems. The Role: This is a purely "hands-on" product engineering position. You will work closely with the founder to transform product vision into real features, moving nimbly between frontend and backend. Responsibilities: AI & Automation: Develop the logic behind AI features, including prompt flows, tool usage, and reliability enhancements. Backend Development: Build APIs, data models, and integrations with external systems (CRMs, telephony, messaging). Frontend Development: Create functional, clear, and user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for clients and internal use. Collaboration: Iterate rapidly based on real usage and participate in product decisions. Desired Profile: Technical Experience: Solid production experience with agentic pipelines (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM integration, agent orchestration, and automation tools. Stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React / Next.js, and database management (Postgres / Supabase). Desirable (Plus): Experience with FastAPI or n8n.
