The Role We’re looking for a Talent Community Experience Manager to lead the programs, operations, and engagement strategies that support We Are Rosie ’s diverse and inclusive community of independent marketing professionals. This is a full-time position that can work from anywhere within the United States and will report directly to the Head of Rosie Experience. This role is focused on building and operating scalable programs that keep our talent community engaged, informed, prepared for opportunities, and connected to the value of being a Rosie. It goes beyond traditional community management, with a focus on the programs, operations, and experiences that support our talent throughout their journey with We Are Rosie .
