We’re seeking a self-directed SEO and content contractor to support an agency Content team for three months while they onboard a new SEO Manager. About the Role Hourly Rate: $70/hour (W2 role) Contract Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of adjustment based on team needs Location: Remote Weekly hours: 10 to 20 hours/week; hours will flex and are expected to taper as work transitions to the new SEO Manager Availability: Must be accessible between 10am and 2pm CT for check-ins and collaboration; flexible working arrangement outside those hours Company Description We are a digital marketing agency that puts people and optimism first, both for our clients and for the team that serves them. We’re bringing on a contractor to carry select client SEO work while we onboard a new SEO Manager, giving our team the room to learn our processes without juggling too many client deliverables at once. Job Description As our SEO and Content Contractor, you’ll own keyword research and SEO optimization across at least three client accounts in different industries. The work spans two tracks: improving the performance of existing pages and creating new content built to rank from the start.
