Design Systems & Production Designer Hours: 20-40 hours/week (still being determined) Hourly Rate: $75 Duration: ASAP through end of year, strong likelihood of quarterly extensions into 2027 Overview We’re looking for a Design Systems & Production Designer to join the global in-house creative team at a major hotel brand. This hands-on role combines multidisciplinary creative production with the development and maintenance of design systems, templates, and reusable creative assets. Working closely with art directors, designers, and creative leadership, you’ll produce polished, production-ready assets across digital and print, while maintaining and evolving design systems in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. You’ll also support AI-powered tools and workflows that improve creative efficiency and help the team deliver high-quality work at scale across the portfolio of brands.
