Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Creative will sit on the brand and seasonal creative account management team, stewarding processes for full funnel campaigns and large-scale brand efforts. You should be self-motivated and solutions oriented, have “big picture” thinking and the ability to inspire the team to exceed Partner expectations while expertly managing campaigns and projects. Must be able to handle heavy project volume and multiple stakeholders at any one time. Must be conversant in assessing creative briefs and communicating strategy to the creative team. The ideal candidate will successfully navigate the demands of business, creative/brand, and technology to elevate Walmart creative.
