Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Leader

Vozy is a voice AI platform that helps companies transform their customer interactions through contextual voice assistants and conversational AI. Vozy is on a mission to transform the way companies interact with customers. Job Description: As the technical leader of the Forward Deployed Engineer team at Vozy, you will be responsible for ensuring that conversational AI agent implementations for enterprise clients run smoothly. FDEs work directly on each account; the FDE Leader supports them with technical seniority and takes ultimate responsibility for success. When no FDEs are available, you will directly handle AI agent implementations (LILI Resolve) and our Speech Analytics product (LILI Analyze). What You Will Do: FDE Team Leadership: Lead 5-8 distributed FDEs; support them in QBRs, client sessions, and stakeholder presentations. Define quality standards: testing, flow documentation, version control, and deployment processes. Manage critical escalations: LLM latency, ASR transcription errors, flow regressions. AI Agent and Lili Analyze Implementation: Hands-on implementation of agents when FDEs are unavailable: prompt design, flow orchestration, tool use. Lead the implementation of Lili Analyze: configuration, calibration, and production deployment. Solve complex problems: prompt loops, ASR/STT errors, conversational degradation.
