This role is designed for someone who has led large, complex businesses and can bring strong operating discipline, commercial judgment, and practical leadership to a high-impact integration. The Integration Manager will work closely with the Portfolio Manager and the acquired company leadership team, and key functional partners to support a smooth transition into Volaris. The role requires hands-on leadership, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to build trust with a newly acquired team while strengthening alignment to Volaris’ operating model, culture, and business disciplines.
