Integrations Manager

Integrations Manager VitalSource ®, is hiring an Integrations Manager to contribute to our Customer Operations team. This is a remote role located in the US. Institutions, retail partners, and publishers depend on their commerce, LMS, and content systems working together so learners can access course materials when they need them. As an Integrations Manager, you will lead the projects that connect those systems to VitalSource , working directly with school IT teams, LMS teams and customer stakeholders. You will manage timelines and expectations, troubleshoot technical issues with customers, and translate technical detail for Customer Success Managers and Product. Key Responsibilities: Lead customer integration projects, from requirements gathering through launch, serving as project lead and engaging internal and external stakeholders to define the approach, track progress and deliver. Work with customer IT teams, LMS teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into clear project plans with defined deliverables. Design, implement and document customer integrations (digital textbook distribution, ecommerce and physical book distribution platforms) using VitalSource 's suite of APIs.
