For more information, visitand follow us at This Position We have an immediate vacancy for a Legal Counsel with 1-3 years of in-house experience to join our international legal team. This is a remote role open to candidates based in the US. It's a broad, hands-on role for a lawyer who wants to grow their experience across commercial, technology, privacy, and employment matters. You'll work closely with teams across the business. Responsibilities Work closely with our internal stakeholders (in particular oursales team) to draft, review, negotiate, and advise on bespoke and standard contracts for a wide range of commercial transactions, including master services agreements, statements of work, vendor agreements, andNDAs . Manage state entity filings, annual reports, and registered agent matters for our US entities, and support other corporate governance work. Work with our data privacy team on privacy and data protection issues (including US state privacy laws and GDPR) and data processing agreements. P
