The Opportunity: The VP, Operations - Digital Solutions develops, and manages delivery of operational solutions, data analytics support, Implementation pricing, program regulatory requirements, reporting, and change management services to clients for assigned LOB platforms supported by the company. Incumbent will define requirements and processes for operational/implementation services for new products/solutions and enhancements on current systems and subsystems. Incumbent will also design and implement new operational models, policies, and procedures as needed to ensure exceptional quality and service to clients. Incumbent will assume leadership role for all processing services to assigned clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality results. Incumbent will partner with business units to ensure company strategies and projects are successfully implemented.
