Program Associate, Public Funding

What We Can Achieve Together: A member of the Policy and Public Funding (PPF) Business Unit’s Public Funding Center (PFC), the Program Associate supports the implementation of the One Conservancy Public Fundraising Strategy. As such, they coordinate and implement internal initiatives associated with the Strategy, such as organizational knowledge management, internal procedures and operational support, internal networks and project coordination. They may serve as a liaison and informational contact between the organization and external partners or entities, as needed. This is a two-year, term limited role, with a possibility of extension based on funding. The position location is negotiable within the United States, with a preference for Arlington, Virginia and the broader Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Essential Functions: The Program Associate provides project coordination, operational and relationship management support on initiatives related to the OC PF Strategy; builds and facilitates internal networks and collaboration; coordinates meetings, agendas, and presentations; and conducts other activities in support of the PFC and its Relationship Managers (RMs) and Business Development staff.
