Job Description The Clinician Scheduler develops and manages schedules for clinicians at hospital locations to ensure that all shifts are fully staffed for the expected patient volume. This role will work with Clinicians, Leadership, and Site Directors to ensure appropriate clinician coverage is in place to treat expected patient volumes. The clinician scheduler contributes to the corporation’s financial performance by managing schedules based on tiered prioritization of clinician utilization, optimizing clinician availability, assisting in requesting and planning future over/under staffing needs, and adjusting as needed on a continual basis.
