And yes, supporting the legal and transparent market in Ukraine is a must-have, which is why we were the third company in the country to obtain a B2B license to provide gambling services. In 2026, we are actively scaling both our projects and our dream team. Therefore, to strengthen the Media Buying department, we are looking for a Meta Media Buying Team Lead. ✅ Your future tasks: managing a team of media buyers: setting goals, workload distribution, result monitoring; responsibility for the vertical's business results: spend, ROI, profit; scaling advertising budgets without efficiency drops as volume grows; selecting offers and building funnels together with the team; making decisions on scaling profitable funnels and timely stopping unprofitable ones; hiring, onboarding, and ramping up new buyers to independent work; team development: transferring expertise, mentoring, growing each member's independence; building and developing buying operational processes; setting tasks for the technical team: what to automate, which tools are missing; logging tool issues as tasks and participating in the development of proprietary software; interacting with BizDev regarding offers and terms, and with Farmers regarding resources; transparent reporting: status of funnels, budgets, and results available without separate requests. 💪 Your skills: 3+ years of Meta media buying experience; management experience.
