Customer Success Specialist (Evening schedule)

We launch star projects in the iGaming industry that receive recognition and top ratings from specialized ranking platforms ✨ And yes, supporting the legal and transparent market of Ukraine is a must-have, which is why we became the third company in the country to receive a B2B license to provide gambling services. In 2026, we are actively scaling both our projects and our dream team. Therefore, to strengthen our VIP Service team, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist. ✅ Your future tasks: providing high-quality support to the bronze VIP segment; handling tasks from the retention team; promoting user activities such as tournaments, lotteries, quests, and adventures; conducting interviews with bronze segment users to gather feedback on their experience and preferences; increasing customer satisfaction by delivering quality personalized assistance; converting bronze users into higher-tier VIP clients; handling client objections; assisting with the verification process when needed; achieving established KPI targets; maintaining and improving knowledge about existing and new products; the ability to work a shift from 18:00 to 02:00 Kyiv time (7 working hours + 1 hour break, stable schedule from Monday to Friday with no changes). 💪 Your skills: fluency in spoken and written English; ability to communicate via email and phone; excellent communication skills and experience handling objections.
