The Instructional Designer creates engaging, outcomes-driven learning experiences that equip adult learners with professional and workforce skills. Working in close partnership with subject-matter experts, faculty, and community and organizational partners, the Instructional Designer leads full-cycle course design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Duties and Responsibilities Learning Experience Design & Development Design and develop asynchronous digital course development, hybrid, and instructor‑led learning experiences using backward‑design, adult‑learning principles, and evidence-based instructional strategies. Create and integrate multimedia (video, motion graphics, simulations, interactive assessments) that reinforce key competencies. Conduct learner and task analyses to define instructional goals and measurable learning outcomes. Digital Learning Asset Production Plan, storyboard, produce, and edit instructional videos, including screen recordings, narrated demonstrations, animated explainers, and video-based learning resources.
