The University of Miami Information Technology & Systems Department has an exciting opportunity for a full-time AI Product Specialist. The AI Product Specialist serves as a senior functional and technical subject matter expert responsible for supporting, optimizing, and expanding enterprise artificial intelligence applications. This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs, design and implement AI-enabled solutions, and improve organizational workflows. The incumbent leads complex implementations and enterprise-wide initiatives, maintains application configurations and operational standards, and provides guidance and technical leadership to less experienced staff.
