Admissions Compensation Specialist

Position Overview The Admissions Incentive Compensation Analyst is the primary owner of the Admissions incentive compensation process, ensuring accurate and timely bonus administration for Admissions Representatives and Leaders. This role manages the full compensation lifecycle, including plan setup, eligibility validation, audits, approvals, payout reconciliation, issue resolution, and employee and leader support. Working closely with Admissions, Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, and business systems teams, the Analyst ensures compensation processes and data remain accurate and compliant. The role investigates discrepancies, identifies root causes across systems and processes, coordinates resolutions, and ensures appropriate compensation corrections are made.
