Digital Workflow Automation Expert

Work is done exclusively in "full remote" mode. The role involves proactive commitment aimed at streamlining and automating business processes in almost all departments, ranging from lead generation (funnels) to fulfillment (post-sale tasks). Integrated into the IT team, the resource will manage workflow automation activities and specifically will handle: Designing and implementing automations to streamline business processes Managing software automations in use Searching for alternatives for continuous improvement The main goals of automations are as follows: Time and cost efficiency for automatable operations Reduction of errors resulting from human activities Creation of automated reports for other team members Our tech stack includes (but does not strictly require direct experience): Zapier Keap Infusionsoft Python GoHighLevel Pipedrive PowerShell At least 3 years of experience as an automation expert Strong problem-solving aptitude Good knowledge of the Python language Good knowledge and experience in Zapier and make.com Preferably a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Engineering Ability to work toward objectives Eagerness to learn and deepen knowledge Knowledge of the MatLab programming language is a plus Fixed compensation plus MBO tied to achieving goals Remote work with flexible hours – no commuting and a better work-life balance
