Tasks Cost accounting (travel expenses, entertainment expenses, out-of-pocket expenses) VISA statements Expense reimbursements Banking matters (domestic/foreign) Contact with financial institutions Documentation Account openings Currency exchange Monitoring and processing of payment transactions Preparation of financial reports Booking of incoming invoices Execution of account reconciliations and clarifications Booking of debtor deposits in the collection software Administrative activities Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support in the preparation of budget and financial plans Qualifications Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting/finance Several years of professional experience in accounting Proficient handling of accounting software and MS Office Analytical thinking and meticulous way of working Team spirit and communication skills
