Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Real Estate

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to serve as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are achieved through the delivery of high-quality, value-added cost management services across a portfolio of real estate construction projects. To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors. This leadership position requires a strong understanding of the full cost management lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and closeout, as well as the ability to drive commercial outcomes across multiple real estate projects.
