Project Manager-Retail Construction

About the role The Project Manager provides consulting services to our retail client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Projects consist of retail fit-outs and relocations. This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. *Role is remote but requires approximately 25% travel to client sites nationally. What you’ll do Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Interface directly with clients to prepare all project elements, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification. Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
