Director, Corporate Finance & Assistant Treasurer

Overview: The Director Corporate Finance & Assistant Treasurer will report to the VP, Corporate Finance and Treasury. The candidate will have substantial interaction with the CEO and CFO along with other leaders in the organization. This role will lead investor relations activities, support the organization’s treasury functions, and support the enterprise/corporate financial planning and analysis activities. The candidate will lead a team of two individuals and can work remotely; however, less travel will be required if the candidate lives in Chicago, IL or Tacoma, WA. Location: Remote Essential Duties And Responsibilities Enterprise Financial Analysis & Modeling Support shared service functional leaders in the creation of business plans that connect to the strategic plan, assumptions and building blocks. Includes the development of KEI’s and KPI’s that will be tracked to measure initiative success. Apply financial modeling expertise to support the organization’s efforts to drive performance and improve cash flow. The candidate will own the enterprise level financial models. Exhibit the ability to manage a fully integrated financial model (income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows) for TBI at the enterprise and business levels.
