Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams building the Trilon Digital Platform and its digital products. This role is responsible for driving engineering execution, delivering high-quality software, and developing a strong, collaborative engineering team. You will work closely with Product Management, Platform Architecture, Data, and IT to translate business priorities into reliable, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical experience with people leadership and a practical, delivery-oriented mindset.
