Senior Salesforce Consultant (Technical | AI-Enabled | Media Cloud & Agentforce) 📍 Location: South Africa (Remote-first) 🕒 Full-time | Permanent We are a boutique Salesforce consultancy and Summit (Platinum) Partner delivering complex, high-impact implementations across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud — and increasingly Media Cloud and Agentforce. We are looking for a high-performing Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong configuration and technical capability, who is comfortable leading from the front in client-facing environments and building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. This role goes beyond traditional consulting. You will operate across solution design, hands-on build, and client leadership, while also embracing the next evolution of delivery: AI-assisted Salesforce configuration and automation. You will work closely with Architects and Developers, but are expected to independently shape solutions from ambiguous requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes. ⚠️ This is not a BAU/support role.
